1. Analysis Phase
Initial analysis with the client in order to totally understand the corresponding business activity and objectives. At Exeller Search & Coach we produce a detailed report on the company and its internal organisation, with a deep analysis of the position to be covered, describing the mission and responsibilities, candidate profile and compensation package.
2. Investigation Phase
Setting up of a strategy according to the needs of the client, identifying ideal candidates for the position and carrying out assessment of executives. During a confidential interview with each potential candidate, we confirm his/her interest in the job and assess and contrast all professional data, achievements and motivation as well as their appropriateness for the role.
3. Finalist Phase We provide the client with a detailed report on our assessments so that THEY can select their candidate. Following their selection, we provide guidance on remuneration, provide references and general support during the negotiations with the candidate, following up on his/her adjustment process within the new work environment.
{ Coaching Method }
1. Preliminary Phase
At Exeller Search & Coach we analyse objectives of the Coaching programme with the client company, the duration and the cost.
2. Compromise
We arrive at a consensus between the coachee, the client company and the coach regarding the specific areas to work on, process expectations and the need to commit to real and mutual dedication.
3. Personalised assistance
By means of individual working sessions with the coachee we work on the development and implementation of the coaching plan, the follow-up of planned actions and the impact of these within the organisation.
4. Process assessment
The coaching process finalises with a meeting to assess the whole coaching process with the coachee, the client company and the coach.
