{ Coaching Process } At Exeller Search & Coach we offer Coaching programmes designed for companies focussed towards the development of their executives and mid-management through individual coaching processes. The Coach (trainer) provides support to the Coachee (person receiving coaching) for them to identify their Opportunity areas, define their Goals and establish an Action Plan in order to achieve them and Assess the Progress made. The Coaching sessions are given at a time and place as stipulated, with the agreement that this will start to generate the habits and behaviours by the Coachee that will lead to producing the desired change. Through different follow-up meetings the advances that have been made are looked at and feedback is given in order to demonstrate the impact these behaviours have within the working environment. The Executive Coaching Process followed by Exeller Search & Coach covers the following phases: - Meeting with the client to determine the objectives of the process. Executive Coaching for Companies is totally and absolutely confidential between the Coach and the Coachee, with the Company participating at the beginning of the process with the identification of opportunities for the Coachee, and at the end of the process with the assessment of the progress attained.
Exeller Search & Coach is officially certified as professionals of this discipline by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the International Coaching Community (ICC).
